Shipping and Delivery Policy
CCVESD delivers certification services, not physical goods. This page explains what you receive after applying and paying, and when.
1. Nothing is shipped
CCVESD does not sell or ship physical products. What you receive is a service: the scrutiny of your application, enrolment on a certified programme, examination, and a certificate that can be verified online. Everything below is delivered electronically or through the authorised study centre at which you are enrolled.
Because nothing is shipped, there are no delivery charges, and no address is needed to receive what you have paid for.
2. What you receive, and when

3. Verifying a certificate
Every certificate CCVESD issues can be checked at our certificate verification page using the enrolment number printed on it. Verification is free, needs no account, and is available to employers and institutions as well as to candidates.
4. If something does not arrive
Confirmation emails are sent immediately. If one has not reached you:
- check your spam or promotions folder, and search for your application number;
- confirm that the email address on your application was spelled correctly;
- write to info@ccvesd.in with your application number and we will resend it.
Your application number is also shown on screen as soon as you submit the form, so please note it down at that point.
5. Delays
Scrutiny, examination scheduling and certification depend on your study centre and on the programme's own calendar, so these steps are not instant. Where something is taking longer than expected, write to us with your application number and we will tell you where it stands.
