General Rules & Instructions
- The Prospectus (with Admission cum Examination Form) is obtained through the Study Centre by paying Rs. 200/- only.
- Photocopies of the listed documents must be enclosed with the filled application form, including two recent passport size colour photographs and self-attested photocopies of qualification certificates.
- Your name must be filled in according to the Matriculation certificate only.
- Married female students must fill in their father’s name only, not their husband’s.
- Fee once paid shall not be refunded.
- The institution provides job assistance after the training of any course.
- Zonal coordinators are liable to fill the admission form while taking CCVESD admission, and are responsible for any absence or discrepancy found in the admission form.
Declaration
I do hereby solemnly declare that:
- All the documents enclosed related to my qualification regarding the admission are genuine and authentic. If the documents or certificates submitted by me at any stage are found incorrect or fake, I shall be solely responsible for the consequences.
- I admit that the institute is liable to issue Government approved or private certificates and is not subject to ensuring a job or employment in the Government or private sector.
- I have taken regular admission and I shall not claim from the aforesaid institute a refund of my deposited fees in any eventuality.
- If I am found ineligible for admission in this course at any stage, the aforesaid institute shall be entitled to reject my application even if my result has been finally declared, and consequently such result would also be void.
- I have gone through the rules, regulations and educational programmes offered by the said institute.
Important note:
The admission granted by the Institute is provisional and subject to scrutiny. If any statement in the application form is found incorrect, or some important information is concealed or misrepresented, the admission is liable to be cancelled without refund of fee.
