What CCVESD charges, when it is payable, and how you can pay.
Admission fee
Admission fee₹15,340
This is the fee payable when you submit the Application-cum-Admission form. It is the same for every programme in our catalogue, whatever its stream or duration.
All amounts are shown in Indian Rupees (INR). The exact amount payable, including any applicable taxes, is displayed on the payment page before you confirm — please check it there, as this page describes our current fee and the payment page is authoritative for your own transaction.
What the admission fee covers
The admission fee covers the processing and scrutiny of your application: the verification of your details and documents, the allotment of your application number and, where your application is approved, of your enrolment number.
Tuition, study material and any other charges relating to attending a programme are set and collected by the authorised study centre at which you enrol. Please ask your study centre for its own schedule of charges before you enrol.
When it is payable
The fee is payable at the point of application. Your application is recorded and given an application number whether or not you pay immediately, so you can pay straight away on the confirmation screen, or later using the link in your confirmation email. The link is issued for your application alone.
How you can pay
Payments are handled by Razorpay, our payment gateway, which accepts the usual Indian payment methods — UPI, debit and credit cards, net banking and wallets. Your payment credentials are entered on Razorpay's systems; CCVESD never sees or stores your card or bank details.
Once a payment succeeds, it is recorded against your application straight away and the reference is shown on screen.
Refunds
The admission fee is non-refundable once your application has been submitted, apart from duplicate payments, payments debited without an application being recorded, and programmes cancelled by CCVESD. The full position is set out in our Refund and Cancellation Policy.
Changes to fees
We may revise our fees. Any change applies to applications submitted after it takes effect; an application already submitted is charged the fee that was displayed to you at the time.
