Terms and Conditions
These terms govern your use of this website and your application for admission to a CCVESD certified programme.
1. Who we are
This website is operated by CCVESD, the Central Committee for Vocational Education and Skill Development — an independent society registered under the Societies Act, which certifies vocational education and skill development programmes in India. In these terms, "CCVESD", "we", "us" and "our" mean that organisation, and "you" means anyone who uses this website or applies for admission through it.

2. Accepting these terms
By using this website, submitting an application, or paying a fee to us, you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site or apply.
If you are under 18, you may apply only with the consent of a parent or guardian, who accepts these terms on your behalf.
3. What we provide
CCVESD certifies vocational and skill development programmes. Our activities include:
- certifying technical and non-technical vocational training courses;
- authorising training centres to deliver those courses;
- conducting online examinations and issuing certificates to successful candidates;
- providing online verification of the certificates we issue;
- providing study material and placement support in connection with certified programmes.
Teaching and day-to-day instruction are delivered by authorised study centres, not by CCVESD directly.
4. Applying for admission
When you submit the Application-cum-Admission form, we record your application and issue you an application number immediately. Please keep it: it identifies your application in all correspondence.
An application number is not an admission. It confirms only that we have received your form. Every application is subject to scrutiny, and CCVESD may accept or decline an application at its discretion. If your application is approved, we allot you a separate enrolment number, and that is the number printed on your certificate and used to verify it.
Admission is provisional until your documents have been verified. If any statement in your application is found to be incorrect, or if important information has been concealed or misrepresented, your admission is liable to be cancelled without refund of fee.
5. Fees and payment
The admission fee is ₹15,340. The exact amount payable is shown to you before you confirm any payment, and all amounts are in Indian Rupees (INR). Our current fees are set out on the Fees page.
Payments are processed by Razorpay, a third-party payment gateway. Your card, UPI or bank credentials are entered on Razorpay's systems and are never seen or stored by CCVESD. We record only the payment reference, the amount, the method and the date.
Your application is saved whether or not you pay immediately, so you may pay at any time using the link sent to you by email. Fees are non-refundable except in the limited circumstances set out in our Refund and Cancellation Policy.
If an amount is debited from your account but you do not receive a confirmation, do not pay again. Write to us at info@ccvesd.in quoting your application number, and we will trace the payment.
6. Your responsibilities
- Give accurate, complete and current information in your application, and tell us promptly if it changes.
- Upload only your own documents, and only documents you are entitled to share.
- Keep your application and enrolment numbers safe; anyone quoting them may be treated as you.
- Sit examinations honestly and follow the instructions given for them.
7. Certificates and verification
A certificate is issued only when a candidate has been enrolled, has completed the programme and has met the assessment requirements. Certificates remain the property of CCVESD and may be withdrawn if they are found to have been obtained by misrepresentation, impersonation or examination malpractice.
Anyone can confirm that a certificate is genuine at our certificate verification page using the enrolment number printed on it. The verification result shows only the details needed to confirm the certificate.
8. Using this website
You may use this website for your own lawful purposes. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of it, interfere with its operation, submit false applications, or use automated means to collect data from it.
We may suspend or withdraw the site, or any part of it, without notice. We do not guarantee that the site will always be available or free of errors.
9. Intellectual property
The content of this website — including text, course listings, logos, the CCVESD name and seal, and study material — belongs to CCVESD or its licensors. You may not reproduce or distribute it for commercial purposes without our written permission.
10. Limitation of liability
We provide this website and our certification services with reasonable care and skill. To the extent permitted by law, CCVESD is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for loss of employment or earnings, or for the acts or omissions of an authorised study centre.
Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last changed, and the version published here is the one that applies.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any dispute arising under them is subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
